We deliver to Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Your order leaves our warehouse in Switzerland within 1 to 3 working days. As soon as it is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

The value of the goods after discounts and excluding shipping costs applies. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to other countries.
Returns
You can return or exchange unworn items free of charge within 30 days of the shipping date.
- Complete the enclosed returns and exchange form and list the items you would like to return.
- Place the form together with the items in the original box. Within Switzerland, please attach the enclosed postage label. From Germany and Austria, please register your return by email at bestellungen@einhorn.de and we will send you a DHL return label straight away.
- Hand in the parcel at a post office or a DHL shop.
- Once we have received it, we will send your exchange or refund the amount. You will be notified by email.
